Book Online with AICAIC now offers you the opportunity to book your appointment online with your favorite trainer. Get in shape, get ready and book now. But wait, there are two things to remember:

 

  1. Brand new clients who have never worked with an AIC trainer must select the “New Client Reservation” option. You must pay your fee online first before gaining access to your trainer’s schedule. All online reservations must be approved by your trainer first. Once approved and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Trainers must receive a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation. You may cancel online or by phone. You can sign up to receive a text message reminder and our reservation system will call you to confirm your reservation immediately following your booking.
  2. Current clients who have pre-paid for their services, via cash, automatic draft or EFT via your credit card, can use the “Pre-Paid Only” option.  If you have paid you subscription for the month you now have immediate access to your trainer’s schedule. All online reservations must be approved by your trainer first after confirming your payment has been received. Once approved and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Trainers must receive a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation. You may cancel online or by phone. You can sign up to receive a text message reminder and our reservation system will call you to confirm your reservation immediately following your booking.
